The last event, the retrospective
exhibition of the DIPLOMATIC ART 2014 pilot edition, Timişoara, was opened at
the Calpe Gallery on Friday, December 12th, 2014. Organized by the Union of
Artists, Timisoara branch (UAPT) and financed by the Local Council Timisoara,
the project presents works of visual artists from countries that have General
and Honorary Consulates and Timisoara. The retrospective exhibition presented a
selection of over 150 works signed by 40 artists from 19 countries, including
Romania (paintings, graphics, sculpture, digital art, photography, video-art)
on display in the 6 previous exhibitions opened from September to December

Alongside
the works of each participating artist at the previous events, the Diplomatic
Art 2014 retrospective exhibition also presented a selection of video-art by
the Bulgarian artist Christo Guelov.
